In 2025, Jeremy founded Precision Health Advocacy LLC as a boutique consultancy to support a wide range of clients in the healthcare community by executing impactful advocacy strategies regarding government relations, health policy, strategic communications, alliance development and international relations. Under his leadership, PHA fosters new pathways, deliver results and help clients navigate a complex public policy environment. Further, he builds coalitions and forges consensus around mutual aspirations among health care stakeholders, including biotech/biopharma companies, patient advocacy organizations and medical technology companies.

In 2021, Jeremy was appointed to the position of Director, Global Public Policy at Merck & Co. In this role, Jeremy led an internal center of excellence that served ~500 employees across 70+ markets who work on public policy. He was instrumental in deploying new strategies to foster the company’s digital transformation of both its operations and approach to modern health policy challenges. He utilized the latest tools and insights on a variety of topics to drive results that increased patient access to innovative medicines as aligned with business objectives. Jeremy also led Merck’s Policy Academy, a global leadership program that develops a pipeline of talented, early-career policy professionals.

 Prior to joining Merck, Jeremy spent six years at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the world's largest trade association representing biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations across the United States and in more than 30 other nations. He held multiple roles of increasing responsibility at BIO to drive policy and advocacy efforts to positively impact the biotechnology industry through a broad portfolio of human health policy issues. Most prominently, he led the policy workstream on personalized medicine and diagnostics where he engaged directly with policymakers and US agencies, and created media content to strengthen BIO’s thought leadership.

 Prior to joining BIO, Jeremy held positions at Grassroots Campaigns, where he served as the Assistant Canvass Director, overseeing 50+ staff and managing four successful campaigns. He also briefly lived in Sydney, Australia where he worked for two NGOs, Amnesty International and the Diplomacy Training Program. In his early career, he taught at the University of Oklahoma, held positions at Oklahoma Counseling & Psychotherapy and led development efforts at the University of Oklahoma Hillel Foundation.

 Jeremy is a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Oklahoma Hillel Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Manna Food Center, and past Chair of the Alumni Advisory Board for the College of International Studies at the University of Oklahoma.

 Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International and Area Studies as well as a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
